You want a quiet space to lie down, supported by pillows, and to be able to listen to my voice via Zoom. Bring your Sankalpa, your light body, or spiritual intention. Think about this ahead of time. Here are a few examples. A light body intention is specific, personal for you and phrased in the present tense.
- I engage in a loving way with people I disagree with.
- I make time in my schedule for self care every day.
- I eat to serve my body and spirit.
