I think everyone has some toxic build up. We live in a pretty toxic world, there is more of everything than our bodies are designed to handle.  Too many chemicals, too much information, energy and food.  What we can’t digest or process starts to build up like toxic waste and causes problems.

 

 A Cleanse Can Help Minimize Toxins In

Cleansing works by both reducing the toxins that come into your body and supporting the systems that move them out. It makes sense to take things down a notch and give yourself a chance to catch up. Here are some key ways to reduce your toxic load.

Chemicals

Go natural for your personal care for a week to 10 days once in a while to unload toxins.  Feed and nourish your skin. Anything you put on your skin can go into your body, you cannot digest many of these chemicals, so they have to be processed and moved out of your body.

We live in a constant state of information overload.  Most of it is presented in a way to cause stress or get you to take action. A cleanse gives you time to back away from the news and your twitter feed.  Consciously choose to plug into nature, soothing music even silence.
