Instructions
Shred cabbage into large bowl.
Mix dressing into small bowl.
Whisk dressing well.
Pour 1/2 to 3/4 of dressing over cabbage.
Mix well, be sure the cabbage is completely coated.
Refrigerate dressed cabbage 1 hour or up to over night.
Refrigerate dressing.
Add a bit more dressing to freshen before serving.
Notes
Be careful when using a mandolin. Always use the guard to shred food.
